Focus on cardio

This makes sense since cardio benefits your stress levels and reduces your stress. However, the best weight loss tip is to still maintain muscle mass while losing weight, and to combine cardio with strength training.

Avoid fatty foods

Despite unpopular opinion, not all fats are bad for your health because there are a lot of food that are naturally high in fat (like nuts, coconut and avocados) that can help weight loss.
