Rotarians given health tips – The Daily Record

Belinda Rayner, left, public health educator for the Harnett County Health Department, recently spoke to members of the Dunn-Erwin Rotary Club on making healthier food choices, getting exercise and the dangers associated with obesity. She shared tips for maintaining a healthy weight and the importance of portion control. She also told club members that 150 minutes of exercise is needed each week for those doing moderate workouts.
