To the editor:
The following are things you can do to build your immune system so you can better fight not only the corona virus, but all viruses:
1. Drink lots of pure water, six to eight glasses a day.
2. Inhale lots of fresh air, leaving a window open in bedrooms.
3. Avoid all sweets, especially candy, soda pop, ice cream cake, cookies, etc.
4. Don’t smoke.
5. Get some sunshine.
6. A merry heart does good like a medicine.
7. Pray and trust God.
8. Follow good hygiene.
10. Wear a mask and gloves.
11. Get plenty of restful sleep.
