Not all protein is created equally. There is good protein and bad protein. One way to know the difference is to ask whether the protein is man made or natural.
Red meat, sausage, bacon, and pork is more man made so it’s not recommended for a healthy diet because of the sodium, nitrates and other chemicals.
For high protein diets, focus more on fish, chicken or turkey.
