Adele has been using a specific diet to help with her weight loss, a “well-placed source” told The Sun. The service delivers food to the door.
The source told The Sun: “Adele was keen to lose weight and decided to use a meal delivery service after being recommended them by Katy Perry, who was a big fan before she fell pregnant.
“Adele made it clear she doesn’t want to feel deprived and loves wholesome, good food, so she chose the balanced calorie-controlled menu which delivers three meals a day and doesn’t cut out any food groups but sticks to around 1,700 calories.
“Adele’s never been a huge fan of cooking and this plan is the perfect way to maintain her hard work in the gym.”
“I do not advocate short cuts or quick fixes but am in the business for long-lasting results.
“Same with nutrition. I do not promote supplements, pills, powders or potions. I prefer real food and a healthy and varied eating lifestyle. It is easier than you think.”
It has also been claimed that Adele’s diet was the Sirtfood diet.
It’s thought that certain foods can activate sirtuin – the so-called “skinny” gene – which can boost metabolism, increase fat burning, fight inflammation and curb your appetite.
